A missed call is a person who wanted to talk. Calling back quickly is the cheapest lead recovery you have.

### Pick a target

Choose a time you can meet on a normal day, for example the same business day, or within two hours for IPO windows. A target you miss every day is noise.

### Name an owner

Every callback task needs one person. Unowned tasks are the ones that slip.

### Escalate

If a task is unclaimed after a set time, it should move to a supervisor automatically.
Callbacks in CallCeptor carry a countdown and escalate after a time you set.

### Review weekly

Count callbacks made on time and the share that turned into conversations. Adjust the target once, not every week.
