Pricing

Priced per firm, not per minute of browser calling

Browser-to-browser calls are unmetered on paid plans. You pay for agents, features, and the phone-network minutes used when a call rings someone's mobile. Prices exclude GST.

Pricing questions

Do prices include GST?

No. Prices are in Indian rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added to the invoice.

What's the difference between browser minutes and mobile fallback minutes?

Browser minutes are calls between the visitor's browser and an agent's browser; paid plans don't meter them. Mobile fallback minutes are used when a call rings an agent's phone over the telephone network, which costs us per minute, so each plan includes an allowance.

What happens when I run out of mobile fallback minutes?

We email you at 80% and 100%. After that, calls still ring in the browser and missed calls still become callbacks. You can buy more minutes or move up a plan.

Can I pay annually or by invoice?

Annual billing is available on every paid plan and costs ten months for twelve. Enterprise contracts are invoiced and can go through your procurement process.

Is there a pilot for larger firms?

Yes. Most enterprise customers start with one department, such as account opening, for 30 to 60 days, then expand once the security review and the numbers check out.

Free for one person and 100 browser minutes a month. Larger firms can start with a pilot on one department.
