About
We build the Call button for Indian financial websites
CallCeptor is a ProxyCeptor product. It lets visitors on a brokerage, fund house or advisory website talk to the right person from their browser, and makes sure no call is lost when nobody is free.
Why we built it
Financial websites in India publish research, IPO notes, factsheets and strategy pages that people read on laptops. The contact option next to all that content is usually one landline. It can't be clicked into a call on a desktop, it leads to an IVR that doesn't know what the visitor was reading, and a call that rings out after hours leaves no trace.
Generic call widgets solve the first problem and leave the rest to the firm. Regulated firms also need calls to reach a registered person, recordings their compliance team can defend, data kept in India, and callbacks from a number clients can recognise. CallCeptor is built around those requirements.
What exists today, and what doesn't yet
We keep this list honest. Features marked as roadmap are not in the product, and we don't sell them as if they were.
Available: Browser calling, Routing by page and topic, Rings your mobile, Callbacks with a deadline, Two-question intake, Agent console, Compliance-grade recording, Lead inbox and attribution, Widget that matches your site, Webhooks and CSV.
Roadmap: CRM integrations, After-hours AI receptionist, Transcripts and summaries, SSO, SCIM and SIEM export.
Who builds it
CallCeptor is designed and built by the product team at ProxyCeptor. Questions for the team go to support@callceptor.com, and sales and partnership enquiries to sales@callceptor.com.
How we write
- Pages and guides are written by the people building the product, not by an outside agency.
- Product claims are checked against what CallCeptor does today. Planned features are labelled as planned.
- We don't publish testimonials, customer logos or statistics we can't back up.
- Guides on regulation are general information, not legal advice, and point to the regulator's own material where it matters.
- Every guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated.
- Found a mistake? Email support@callceptor.com and we will fix it and update the date.
Questions we get asked
Who makes CallCeptor?
CallCeptor is a product of ProxyCeptor. The same team designs, builds and supports it, and writes the guides on this website.
Is every feature described on this website available today?
No. Features marked as roadmap or Coming next are planned and not in the product yet. The about and features pages list which features are available and which are not.
How can I reach the CallCeptor team?
The contact page lists separate addresses for sales and demos, customer support, privacy and data requests, and security reports, so your email reaches the right person directly.
