For asset management companies

Separate investor, distributor and NFO calls before anyone picks up

An AMC website serves investors, distributors, NRIs and journalists at once. CallCeptor asks who's calling and why, then rings the team that handles it.

The problem

Every caller starts at the same IVR

Investor service, distributor support and NFO enquiries share a toll-free number and a long menu.

During an NFO, the marketing team can see page visits but not how many of them turned into calls, or which scheme pages drove them.

Questions we get asked

Can calls be routed by language?

Yes. Visitors pick a language in the pre-call form and the call rings agents tagged with it, falling back to the default team if none is free.

Can we keep our toll-free number?

Yes. The widget can show your existing number as a secondary option, and a replace mode can swap on-page numbers for the Call button with the number still visible.

Where is the data stored?

In Indian cloud regions. Recordings are encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys managed in India, and a write-once storage option is available for recordings.
