Questions we get asked
Do I need to keep a browser tab open all day?
No. If the dashboard isn't open, calls ring your verified mobile over the regular phone network. You can also turn mobile fallback off and take only callbacks.
Will the call be from a random number when I call back?
No. Callbacks go out from your own registered caller ID, so the prospect sees a number they can recognise and verify.
Does the AI receptionist give advice?
The AI receptionist is on our roadmap and will be limited to intake and questions you approve, such as documents needed or office hours. It will identify itself as AI and never recommend securities or give investment or tax advice.
