Follow-up
Every call is a lead, with the campaign that produced it
Every call, miss and callback is a lead with page, referrer and UTM tags.
How it works
Each call, missed call and callback is saved as a lead with the page it started on, the referrer and the UTM tags. Leads from the same mobile number are merged, so one person doesn't show up five times.
Teams filter by department, owner, status and campaign, and move leads through pipeline stages set for each department.
What's included
- Filter by department, status, owner and campaign; duplicates merge by mobile.
- Pipeline stages set per department.
- CSV export and webhooks on every plan above Free.
Questions about lead inbox and attribution
Can I see which ad campaign produced a call?
Yes. The UTM tags and referrer from the visitor's session are stored on the lead, so calls can be counted per campaign.
Can leads go to our CRM?
Yes. Paid plans above Free can push leads over signed webhooks or export them as CSV. Native CRM integrations are on the roadmap.
