Calling

When nobody is at the desk, the call rings their mobile

If the agent isn't at the dashboard, the call goes to their verified mobile.

How it works

Small advisory firms and distributors rarely have someone sitting in front of a dashboard. With mobile fallback, a website call that isn't answered in the browser rings the agent's own mobile, which they have verified with a one-time code.

The visitor stays in the browser the whole time. Only the agent's leg of the call uses the phone network, which is why paid plans include a monthly allowance of mobile fallback minutes.

What's included

  • Critical for small firms where nobody sits waiting for calls.
  • Each agent verifies their own mobile before it can ring.
  • Timeouts and overflow set per department.

Questions about rings your mobile

Does the visitor see the agent's mobile number?

No. The visitor talks from the browser and never sees the agent's number. The agent sees the caller's name and the page they called from.

What happens if the mobile isn't answered either?

The call overflows to another department if you set one, and otherwise the visitor books a callback slot, which lands in the callback queue with a deadline.
