Edutainverse's expert form already asked for a phone call
Edutainverse is an online course platform and LMS: learners buy self-paced courses priced in rupees, and instructors publish their own. Its Talk to an Expert page asks learners how they'd like to be contacted, and two of the three answers are a call.

The form, field by field
The expert form promises a reply within 24 hours. A learner comparing two courses at 9 pm has usually decided by then, one way or the other. Here is what each question on the form turns into when the answer can be a call right now.
- Field 1
Preferred Contact Method
Email · Phone Call · Video Call
The visitor who picks Phone Call no longer waits for one. They press Call and talk from the browser, on the page they're reading.
- Field 2
Area of Interest
Web Development, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, UI/UX, Digital Marketing and more
Page rules tag each course category, and each advisor carries tags for the subjects they know. A learner on a data science course rings the data science advisor first.
- Field 3
Best Time to Reach You
Morning · Afternoon · Evening · Anytime
Only needed when nobody is free. A missed call asks for a number and becomes a callback request; the advisor can book a time and send a link the learner opens to call back.
- Field 4
Phone Number
Optional on their form
Optional in the pre-call form too. A browser call doesn't need a number, so learners who'd rather not give one can still talk.
- Field 5
Subject and Your Message
Free text
Said out loud instead. The advisor already sees which course and pages the learner looked at, so the call starts from there.
Two kinds of caller, two desks
Edutainverse has two audiences on one website. Learners want help choosing a course. Instructors, on the Teach on Edutainverse pages, want to know how publishing and payouts work. They shouldn't reach the same person.
Course advice
Rings from course pages, learning paths and Talk to an Expert. Advisors are tagged by subject, so routing follows the course the learner was reading.
Instructor support
Rings from the teach pages. A page rule on that path labels the call “Instructor” so whoever answers knows it isn't a learner before saying hello.
A returning caller is recognised: the advisor sees their earlier calls and notes. More on what agents see.
“Students and parents usually have one or two questions before they choose a course. With CallCeptor they can ask them right away, from the page they’re reading, and talk to someone who knows the answer. It has been genuinely useful for us.”
Why this isn't only for finance
Most of this site is written for brokers and fund houses, where a call before a decision is normal. Course buying works the same way: a considered purchase by someone who wants to ask a person first. The setup Edutainverse needs, with desks by audience, routing by subject and callbacks after hours, is the one we describe for mutual fund distributors.
